About me
I am an enthusiastic UX and web designer based in Sydney, with a rich experience of over 12 years in Salesforce, websites & design.
I design professional & beautiful websites
With years of experience in web design, UX design and information technology in general, I have gained experience in large NSW government agencies through to sole trader businesses. Regardless, of the client, I pride myself in having the passion and commitment to make their ideas a reality.Â
I regard myself as a dedicated, passionate person who always strives to make each and every product impactful, valuable and fit for purpose. I have spent my time equally with small clients and large NSW Government agencies and have successfully delivered on numerous critical projects that were at times extremely time sensitive and complex in nature.
I enjoy working in collaborate team environments and am always excited by the experiences of others and how that it enhances the creative process.
What I do
From understanding requirements, performing customer research, creating wireframes, fully functional prototypes and the implementation of final designs, I have the skills and the experience to implement an array of projects.

Experience Architect
At Salesforce ANZ, I provided expert user experience advice on the implementation of Salesforce solutions for customers such as Westpac Banking Corp., State Revenue Office, Victoria, Dept. of Education, Victoria and the NSW Police Force.

SenioR Product Designer
Working at Service NSW I was responsible for the enhancement of the NSW Motor Vehicle Registration process by analysing user journeys and digital interfaces through research, widespread customer testing and implementation.

UX Designer/Project Lead
I worked on both Phases of the NSWPF Community Portal website, the first ever tool for the NSW community to report crime online. I performed a dual role as business project leader and co-UX Designer across 18 work packages that forms the websites’ 10 plus reports and services.
